You asked for it! Sugar Cookies!

2 large eggs 1 c oil 2 sticks butter 1 c sugar 1 c powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 4 c all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cream of tarter Cream together the eggs, oil, butter, sugars and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients. Chill dough for 1 hour. Scoop dough onto cookie sheet. Press each ball of dough down with the bottom of a glass dipped into sugar! Bake 350 degrees for 11 minutes...or lightly browned.
