Ann's white cookies...a great gift idea...because these are sooo good!

Ann's Forgotten Cookies!

Preheat oven to 350

Grease pan well with crisco

2 egg whites beaten stiffly

Add 1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Fold in 1cup chopped nuts and 6 oz chocolate chips

Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet

Put into oven and Turn the oven OFF

DO NOT open the oven until the next morning

Our Open House delicious punch recipe:

Ingredients:
6 oz cherry jello
3/4 c sugar
2 c boiling water
46 oz pineapple juice
6 c cold water
2 liter ginger ale

Mix jello, sugar and boiling water.
Stir in pineapple juice, the 6 cups of water.
Freeze in 3 containers.....makes a lot! You will be surprised!

Allow to thow about an hour, then pour gingerale over the lovely red ice! Enjoy!
