Here is a simple idea to get you going! If you have friends that live out of state, why not pick up North Carolina products and a favorite kitchen gadget. Here I am packaging up Moravian cookies, grits and a flat spatula that really hugs the side of a mixing bowl!
Come to the store and find your favorite new bolt of fall and Christmas fabrics. New bolts are on the floor every week, often daily! Sew your fabric into aprons or potholders.

ReplyDeleteLoved the grits and cookies, wear the apron as soon as it comes out of the washing machine, and have given 4 of the flat whisks to friends. It's my favorite cooking tool! And...it makes the smoothest creamiest grits you can ever imagine.
